All items are expected to ship within 1 week of order being placed.
Items labeled as "Pre-order" are expected to ship within 4 weeks of the order being placed. If you ordered a pre-order item and in stock item, your complete order will ship once the pre-order item is ready.
For orders within the United States, we ship with USPS ground advantage(2-5 days) and rest of the world DHL.
We are not responsible for paying additional VAT charges for customs clearance. All customs is separate from the shipping cost and is out of our control. We cannot lower the value of orders to avoid potential customs.

We are not able to offer refunds at this time due to the exclusive nature of our product. Please double check measurements posted on each product page to ensure you are ordering the correct size.
Exchanges may be worked out on a case by case basis within one week after receiving your order. Please email us henry@themanwhocapturedsunshine.com . If product is sent back to us without confirmation on our end, you will not receive a refund or an exchange.

We will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
