SHIPPING

All items are expected to ship within 1 week of order being placed.

Items labeled as "Pre-order" are expected to ship within 4 weeks of the order being placed. If you ordered a pre-order item and in stock item, your complete order will ship once the pre-order item is ready. 

For orders within the United States, we ship with USPS ground advantage(2-5 days) and rest of the world DHL. 

We are not responsible for paying additional VAT charges for customs clearance. All customs is separate from the shipping cost and is out of our control. We cannot lower the value of orders to avoid potential customs. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES The Man Who Captured Sunshine is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments confirmed delivered by the courier. Please contact the shipping company.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We are not able to offer refunds at this time due to the exclusive nature of our product. Please double check measurements posted on each product page to ensure you are ordering the correct size. 

Exchanges may be worked out on a case by case basis within one week after receiving your order. Please email us henry@themanwhocapturedsunshine.com . If product is sent back to us without confirmation on our end, you will not receive a refund or an exchange.

If there is an error on our part (due to wrong size or damage), please email us at henry@themanwhocapturedsunshine.comand we will fix our mistake.

We will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
